The details that keep every stay smooth and safe, for you and for the guests next door.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Check-in is self-serve, and your door code is emailed the day before you arrive.

Payment

If you book more than 30 days before arrival, 50% is charged at booking and the balance is charged 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days, the full amount is charged at booking.

Cancellations

Full refund 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund 3 to 13 days before arrival. No refund within 3 days of arrival or for no-shows.

Holiday weekends and fishing opener: full refund 30 or more days before arrival, 50% refund 7 to 29 days before, no refund within 7 days.

If weather or a road closure keeps you from reaching us, we’ll help you pick new dates or give you a credit.

Occupancy

Cabins 1 and 3 sleep 2. Cabins 2, 4, 5 and 6 sleep up to 4.

Pets

Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Please add your pet when you book. Undeclared pets are charged $100.

Quiet hours

10 pm to 8 am.

No smoking

All cabins are non-smoking.

Campfires

Fires only in the fire pits and only until 10 pm. Never leave a fire unattended. Put it out completely with water or dirt. There are sand and water buckets at each fire pit.

Heating

In cold weather, please keep the thermostat at 65°F or higher so the pipes don’t freeze.
